Obligations of the

Qualifications


Applicants must have 52 weeks of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower level, GS-07, in the Federal Service. Examples of specialist experience are as follows:

  1. Experience in demonstrating knowledge of administrative regulations and operational procedures and skills in applying investigative techniques to gather clear factual evidence to support related administrative programs and immigration laws, rules, regulations, guidelines and policies related to the employment of farm workers of a complex organization.
  2. Experience in oral and written communication to answer complex regulatory questions, advise and advise clients and make constructive recommendations based on technical knowledge.
  3. Experience using and researching computer systems, applications and programs to produce documents and presentations and track and report certifications.
