Second IED detected and diffused in Pulwama district

Pulwama, May 31 : Two Improvised Explosive Device (IED) were detected and diffused in a day in south Kashmir Pulwma district on Monday .

Security Forces on Monday detected an Improvised Explosive Device (IED) in Saimoh Tral area of south Kashmir’s Pulwama district that was defused by the Bomb Disposal Squad(BDS).

A police official has confirmed to news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that an IED was found in Saimoh area of Tral.

He said that bomb disposal Squad rushed to the area and defused the IED.

He further added that area has been cordoned off and further investigation has been taken up.

Earlier, an IED was found in Panzgam village of Awantipora area which was also later defused by forces, officials confirmed.
