A teenage girl Bushra Nida, hailing from Kanipora Nasirabad area of Kulgam district has penned down her second book in less than a year.
Nida is a 11th standard student and has completed his high school studies from Taleemul-Islam Ahmadiyya Institute Nasirabad.
Nida, while talking to The News Idea said that she had a flair of writing since childhood, she used to flirt with poetry.
“I used to write poetry quotes in my personal dairy and would keep it to myself but last year my elder sister Saima by chance saw the collection of poetry and she was overwhelmed” Nida told The News Idea.
“My elder sister insisted me to publish these collection of poems but I was wondering it may have plethora of errors and no one will publish it” said Nida the teen writer adding that but my sister encouraged me and finally my collection of 28 poems titled “Tulips of Feelings” was published in 2019.

“After my first book was published I completely was of the view that I will focus on my studies but one night I saw a dream that I am holding a book in my hands and people in thousands were applauding for me and this changed my mind to continue my writing skills” says Nida.
My sister told me that you should write a book which should be helpful to students and I thought of writing properties of elements in a way so that it will be easy for students to remember it and finally Bigfoot publications in Haryana approved my book titled “The Davy” on 26th July, 2020.
The Bigfoot publishers said “The Davy book is highly useful for students and they translated it into three other languages Hindi, Telugu and Marathi which added strokes of luck to my name” recalls Nida.

“Nida, has bagged two awards for her writings skills after publishing the collection of poetry. Her first award is from Indian book of awards and second is Inspiring award by Director of School Education in 2019 winters” the teen writer confirmed.
Nida, said that she was inspired by her mother Nasira Akhter, as she has struggled a lot through her life adding she is dedicating both her books to his father who died to a chronic disease last year.
“I will be writing another book in future and it will be centered around existence of God and answer to atheists” added Nida.
